research and have the results published in scholarly journals.
Manufacturers and organizations are now allowed to donate research funds
through NSPF. While manufacturers and universities are typically
hesitant to donate or bring in the other's research materials for fear
of being biased, this method allows universities to do their research
without the aid or guidance of the manufacturers. All results will be
published before manufacturers see them.
