Many good trainers and instructors have done a tremendous job in the
past ten to twelve years educating service technicians about how they
can bring a higher level of communication and salesmanship to their
work. There is no doubt in my mind that today’s service technician is
infinitely better prepared to handle more of the non-technical issues
they face every day because of the excellent training that has been made
available across the industry.
Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES) and Baker
Distributing Co. have joined forces in an effort to increase awareness
and encourage North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certification
during HVAC Comfortech 2009.
Don't miss your chance to be part of the action at the 2009 HVAC
Comfortech Show in Nashville, TN, which takes place Sept. 23-26, 2009.
Walk-in registrations will be welcome starting on Wednesday Sept. 23,
2009 at 7:00a.m. Click here (www.hvaccomfortech.com) for
