Heading to Tampa? Read This!

RCMA’s 39th World Conference & Expo, January 25-28 in Tampa, Fla., is fast approaching. Here are a couple of important reminders for RCMA meeting planner registrants:

  • Don’t forget to bring copies of your request for proposal. The RCMA conference is an excellent opportunity to find the destinations, facilities, and services that fit the needs of your organization and its meetings. Having your RFPs handy will greatly facilitate this process. And don’t forget to pack more business cards than you think you’ll need. Better to have too many than too few.
  • If you haven’t registered yet for one of the behind-the-scenes opportunities, there is still time to take advantage of these unique learning experiences. You can also still register for one of the sightseeing tours. For information on the tours and behind-the-scenes options, go to

  • Last but not least, get ready to take full advantage of the year’s best networking and educational opportunity for religious conference planners!
