• Don’t forget to bring copies of your request for proposal. The RCMA conference is an excellent opportunity to find the destinations, facilities, and services that fit the needs of your organization and its meetings. Having your RFPs handy will greatly facilitate this process. And don’t forget to pack more business cards than you think you’ll need. Better to have too many than too few.
