Audio-Technica announced the debut of the AT892 MicroSet subminiature
omnidirectional condenser headworn microphone. The MicroSet utilizes a
condenser capsule with a diameter of 2.5mm, making it ideal for
applications requiring minimum visibility. In addition, the MicroSet
offers an ergonomic, flexible, ultra-lightweight, under-ear design that
is comfortable to wear and highly secure. When placed behind the ear,

New from Audix is the FireBall, a dynamic microphone specifically
designed for the professional harmonica player, which is well-suited for

Camco Adds Ethernet Connectivity
Camco has added EtherSound connectivity to its entire product range. The
optional EtherSound modules will be showcased as early as April 2005 at
the Prolight+Sound tradeshow in Frankfurt. This short time to market is
possible thanks to a close collaboration with AuviTran, an authorized
EtherSound implementor that will provide hardware modules and
development services to Camco.

RANCH INSTALLS SOUNDWEB
Hummingbird Nest Ranch, a new equestrian facility located 35 miles
northwest of Los Angeles in Ventura County, is reportedly the world's

Southern California's Calvary Church Installs Symnet
Calvary Church (Santa Ana, Calif.) opted for a digital audio processing
and control system in the form of SymNet Audio Matrix. The church shed
racks full of old analog equipment, replacing them with a system easily
configured and controlled via computer. Doug Gates, owner of Gates Sound
(Buena Park, Calif.), installed SymNet for the church. MORE
Jazziz Bistro Uses Audio-Technica
Jazziz Bistro in Hollywood, Fla., opened in December 2004, combines jazz
and gourmet food, marrying the talents of Lori and Michael Fagien of
Jazziz Omnimedia, construction expert Gerard Klauder and Burt Rapoport
of Classic Cuisine Concepts. The top-tier dining and live music
environment opted to bring in Audio-Technica microphones for live music

Fiberplex Used During Life Changes Upgrade
FiberPlex's LightViper fiber-optic solution for state-of-the-art digital
data communications was recently installed in the new 3,000-seat
sanctuary of Life Changers International Church in Hoffman Estates, Ill.
Life Changers has one of the nation's largest congregations, including
international offices and a television production studio. Changing
Your Life, a weekly international television program produced by the

The Music Mill Turns Out Sound on Midas Verona
The Music Mill, a new live performance venue, restaurant and bar in
Indianapolis, opened at the end 2004. Mid America Sound of Fortville
(Ind.) outfitted the new venue with a new 56-channel Midas Verona mixing
console and EV QRx monitor.

Allen & Heath On-Hand for UK-Based The Forum
A 40-channel Allen & Heath GL3300 multipurpose live console has been
installed in one of the largest concert and conference venues in the
west of England. The Forum, located in Bath's city center, features a
1,700-seat auditorium.
