YAMAHA INSTALLATION SERIES
Yamaha Corporation of America recently introduced the Installation Series, a line of sound reinforcement speaker products from the Yamaha Commercial Audio Systems Division. MORE

ATC (Acoustic Transducer Company) Loudspeakers recently debuted the ATC PA65 ($7,500), a new compact, three-way active P.A. speaker system for flown live sound installation. The PA65 was based on designs from the company's SCM150ASL active studio monitors. MORE

QSC Audio recently announced product additions to its QSControl.net lineup. The four new BASIS devices include the 722az, 914lz, 922dz and 922uz models. The Lincoln Theatre (Yountville, Calif.) is home to the Napa Valley Symphony. Originally built to house the California Veteran's recreational facility, the new tenants were forced to provide a major aesthetic, structural, acoustical and technical upgrade so that the venue would become a first-class performance showcase. Community Church Get Aviom's Pro16 Monitor Mixing System
Christ the Rock Community Church's (Appleton, Wisc.) recently upgraded its sound system to include the use of Aviom's Pro16 Monitor Mixing System. Scott Tomashek, technical services director, says, "The musicians were spending valuable rehearsal time on long sound checks, yet were not happy with the results. We first considered upgrading just the monitor console, which would provide more individual mixes, but realized the cost was much more than expected. By going with the Aviom system, we were able to save a good amount of money." MORE
