Hot Hand ($299) from Source Audio (booth #1126, Hall E) is a unique guitar effects "motion controller" combining micro-machined motion-sensing technology with a proprietary audio processing chip co-developed by Analog Devices that translates body movement into sound. MORE

Blondie Rocks Europe With MILO
Despite a break of nearly two decades between albums, Blondie has re-emerged to sold-out world tours. While gigging in the UK in support of their current release, The Curse of Blondie, original members Deborah Harry, Clem Burke, Jimmy Destri and Chris Stein were joined by bassist Leigh Foxx, keyboardist Kevin Patrick and guitarist Paul Carbonara. The band was performing through a state-of-the-art sound system provided by UK touring company Canegreen. MORE

Out in support for her second album, Back to Me, Canadian singer/songwriter Kathleen Edwards and longtime front-of-house engineer/tour manager Charlie Ferguson have seen non-stop action in 2005, with appearances at Austin City Limits, Farm Aid, on The Tonight Show and a recent tour with My Morning Jacket.
