Eden
Project Mixed on Allen & Heath Board
The Eden Project (www.edenproject.co.uk) hosted the premier of a new
composition by acclaimed British classical composer Graham Fitkin
collaborating with harpist Ruth Wall. Staged in Eden's warm-temperate
biome, the Fitkin Wall project entitled Still Warm was mixed live
on a 16-channel Allen & Heath MixWizard, provided by local P.A. company

Benedum Center Relies on Northern Sound & Light The
2,800-seat Benedum Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Pittsburgh
is a historic theater that hosts more than half-a-million visitors a
year. The center recently hosted the Broadway tour of The
Pretenders, with house sound engineer Chris Evans providing turnkey

Foundation was the official hearing protection provider for this year's
Austin City Limits Music Festival, held September

The Rolling Stones invited hip hop superstar Kanye West
to join the first three dates of their North American tour last month.

September 23 (Halifax Commons in Halifax Nova Scotia) and September 27

Chicks Rock With VENUE The Dixie Chicks hit the road again
this summer in support of their seventh album, Taking the Long
Way. Because of the complex audio requirements for the tour, Dixie
Chicks front-of-house engineer Fern Alvarez went with Digidesign's VENUE
live sound environment for all his mixing needs. Working closely with
Digidesign product specialists Steve McCale and Jeff Priepot, Alvarez
configured a multiple-VENUE rig with one system at FOH and two systems
for monitoring (each VENUE system comprises one main console and two

band and three background singers, Mary J. Blige's Breakthrough
