This award celebrates the talents of a post-production audio mixer for television commercials and recognizes their important role in the success of a TV commercial. The deadline for entries is January 31, 2004. The next meeting is provisionally planned for January 20, 2004, at 7.30 p.m. The meeting will be co-hosted by Sony Plug-Ins, where the company will be talking about its new Pro Tools Reverb and EQ Plug-Ins, which will be launched at the upcoming NAMM show. There will also be an opportunity to catch up on all the other new product updates and announcements from the show. The Yamaha Commercial Audio Division has been conducting PM1D digital audio mixing system schools through the U.S. The free two-day class teaches the basic operation of the PM1d system and its use in various applications.
